Jewelry
How should I care for my jewelry?
During Wear
Be as gentle with your jewelry as possible.
Minimize exposure to water, sweat, high heat and humidity, and chemicals. That includes not only harsh cleaning solutions, but also lotions, cosmetics, and perfumes. All of these things can damage the finish over time.
It is also best avoid wearing our pendants in situations where they might get knocked around or rub against abrasive surfaces.
Cleaning
Gold plated jewelry should be cleaned periodically. Perhaps every 6 months or so if worn frequently.
Wash gently with warm water. Use a mild soap only if necessary. Avoid anti-bacterial soaps. Pat dry with a soft cloth. Ensure the piece is fully dry before storing.
Storage
For best results, we recommend storing your pendants individually, in a dry place away from sunlight. Keeping them in their original boxes can be ideal to prevent scratching or tarnishing.
We recommend that you avoid storing our pieces mixed amongst other jewelry, as the friction of the pieces rubbing together can scratch the finish. Also, any tarnish on other pieces--such as sterling silver jewelry--may spread and discolor the finish.
Does gold plated jewelry tarnish?
Our pieces are all plated with either 14k white gold or 18k gold, which does not tarnish the way sterling silver does.
We also use a high quality electroplating process that creates a more durable finish.
But even so, gold plating is not indestructible and it can wear off over time, creating tarnished appearance.

Can I go swimming in your jewelry?
We do not recommend wearing our jewelry while swimming.
For the longevity of your piece, it is best to avoid exposing the gold finish to chlorine and other harsh chemicals.
Saltwater can also be corrosive to the finish with regular exposure.
Are your pieces safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our pendants are considered safe for sensitive skin, and should not cause any reactions.
However, if your skin is especially sensitive and you'd prefer to err on the side of caution, we recommend choosing the 18k gold finish, as it is the most hypoallergenic.
Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We also accept Paypal, Venmo, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Affirm.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are available through Affirm. Please select the Shop Pay option at checkout to set up your payment plan.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to provide the best possible service, and that includes starting production of all orders as soon as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been placed.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP at hello@cherisedionne.com, and we will make every attempt to honor your request.
Please be aware that order cancellation is not guaranteed.
When will I be charged for my purchase?
Your card will be charged at the time of order placement.
Will my credit card info be processed securely?
Yes. Our online checkout process uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which protects your information.
Where can I enter a promo code?
Promo codes are entered on the checkout page. You can enter the code when prompted during the checkout process. These codes cannot be entered in the cart.
Promotional codes may have some exclusions, so please check the terms and conditons for the promotion.
Please note: you can only use one promo code at a time, and promo codes cannot be applied towards previous orders.
Do you offer gift wrap?
All our pieces come packaged inside an elegant mahogany style gift box. We do not currently offer additional wrapping, but we are exploring options for this feature. Stay tuned for updates!
How can I check the status of my order?
If you have an account with us, simply log in and select “My Orders” from the menu. You'll find the order number there.
If you haven't created an account, no problem! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.
Please also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email to the same email address used to make the purchase. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders, as these emails can sometimes end up there.

Shipping
Domestic Shipping
Because our products are made to order, we typically require 1-4 business days processing time from the day your order is received. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.
The shipping times listed below are applied after the order has been processed.
US orders of $150+ are eligible for FREE standard shipping.
Standard shipping: 2-8 business days, $5.99
Expedited shipping: 1-2 days (excluding Sundays), $14.99

International Shipping
International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $14.99 USD.
All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs, and duties. These fees are not associated with Cherise Dionne, and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Refer to your country's tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.
Estimated timeframes:
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- UK & Most of EU: 5-12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5-20 business days
- Rest of the World: 5-20 business days
We use UPS as our initial carrier for all international orders. Once the package arrives in the destination country, a local mail carrier will handle delivery.

Will I be charged duties/taxes?
All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs, and duties. These fees are not associated with Cherise Dionne, and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide FREE standard shipping for all US orders over $150.
Returns
What is your Return Policy?
We pride ourselves on offering exquisite, high quality jewelry, and we want you to love your purchase. That said, we understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out as planned. We will gladly accept returns on most new and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

How do I start the return process?
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@cherisedionne.com. Please include proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order number. We will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How much is the return fee?
We do not charge a restocking fee, but you will be responsible for paying return shipping, which varies based on your location.
Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
International returns may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we cannot waive or refund them.
When will I receive my refund?
From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, please allow us up to 5 business days for us to review your returned item(s).
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
